Refund/Exchange Policy

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 36 hours of USPS delivery receipt to discuss the next step. There are NO REFUNDS for change of mind, inaccurate estimates when selecting waist bead measurements, or USPS delays. Revisions to received orders will incur a fee of $20, and roundtrip shipping at customers expense.

International Orders

Although first class mail is the most convenient, it is uninsured and has limited tracking. It is highly recommended that you select the international shipping option for your items.There are no refunds/exchanges if the first class mail international option is selected. This option is selected at your own risk.
