Return/Exchange Policy
If you have received a defective item, please contact us via email (iamkriadiv@gmail.com) within 36 hours of the USPS delivery time stamp to discuss the next step. There are NO REFUNDS for change of mind, inaccurate estimates when selecting waist bead measurements, or USPS delays. Revisions to delivered orders will incur a fee and round trip shipping at the customers expense.
