Refund/Exchange Policy

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 36 hours of USPS delivery receipt to discuss the next step. There are NO REFUNDS for change of mind, inaccurate estimates when selecting waist bead measurements, or USPS delays. Revisions to received orders will incur a fee of $20, and roundtrip shipping at customers expense.
